The answer, “yes”, there are a few ways Packserv can help, most commonly clients will place an order and have us crate and pack the machinery for them, and then use their existing transport account and company to pick-up and deliver the goods. Packserv is also happy to book the transport for you and ship the machinery; some smaller machines are ideal to courier and some we can even post to you.

Once the equipment has arrived you have 24 hours, 7 days a week phone and technical support, but in the event you would like on-site assistance or training Packserv can come to you, wherever you are.

Packserv also offer as standard at no cost machinery replacement or on-site service for all machinery breakdowns so we can eliminate any risk or concern on your part regarding distance.
